For better learning experience and also As per the convenience of Trainer as well as students, all our sessions are conducted via Zoom or G-meet Platform.

Post demo Session registration you will be added to the demo group on Whatsapp where you will receive your joining link./p>

For an individual Demo Class it will be of 20-25 minutes
For Group it will be 50-60 minutes.

Yes, the demo session is completely free. It's a great way to understand the teaching style and course content before enrolling in regular sessions.

We offer one free trial per course. However, if you're interested in exploring multiple courses, you can book one trial for each to find the perfect fit.

Most sessions don’t require anything except a good internet connection and your enthusiasm! If anything specific is needed, our team will inform you beforehand.

There are only two batch types, Individual (1 on 1) and Batch of 2-4 Group Batch

You can give your enrollment confirmation to the coordinator of GuidElearn . Further, as per your preferred batch we will allot the timeslots and schedule.
As per the schedule invoice will be generated for the particular month (Fees is collected month in advance) and once the fee is paid we book your sessions and add you to the regular group where you will receive joining link, updated schedule and notes for the following month.

You will be receiving notes for the course in the regular whatsapp group.

If Students/Parents wish to cancel the class they need to inform at least 6 hours before the class in the regular group or to the coordinator for session adjustments.
If Students fail to inform and miss the regular class -
Regular Individual Class - It will rescheduled or fee will be adjusted in later month invoice.
Regular Group Batch Class - Only 15-20 min revision will be given of the missed class.

Students/Parents need to send request of switching the batch to the coordinator via Whatsapp/Email. Considering the request within 2-3 weeks you will be switched to your preferred batch type.

Yes! Especially in 1-on-1 sessions, we personalize the course structure to match your goals, learning pace, and interests.

We offer multiple frequency options – weekly, bi-weekly, or custom schedules – based on your preference and course requirements.

Yes, we provide a digital Certificate of Completion for most of our courses, which can be a valuable addition to your learning portfolio.

Our Platform is a paid service and the payment made by you shall be monthly depending to the number of sessions (Consisting your preferred Day/Time/ Frequency of the Sessions) that will be conducted in the following month, in advance only.

Refund will only be initiated within 15-30 Day period if the parents/student faces any emergency and can’t continue with the lesson.
No Refund will be made for the sessions that are attended/missed/cancelled by students.

No, there are no hidden charges. You only pay for the sessions you enroll in. All prices and details are transparently shared with you beforehand.

Yes, you can inform your coordinator in advance to pause your sessions temporarily and resume later without losing your slot.
